Dear Customer!

You can find useful informatio regarding delivery times and fees on this page for orders placed at www.galaxy-comsetics.com web store.

Delivery fees:

For orders placed on the website www.galaxy-cosmetics.com, only for Hungarian delivery destinations:

1. Online payment courier fee: 2.190 Ft (gross)
2. Cash on delivery: 2.190 Ft (gross) + 400 Ft (gross) cash on delivery handling fee = 2.590 Ft (gross)
3. Free delivery over HUF 50,000! (In the case of cash-on-delivery orders, the cash-on-delivery handling fee will be charged in this case as well)
4. We charge 600 Ft (gross) convenience fee for personal collection in our store!
   Pick-up orders are stored for 5 business days. If your order is not picked up within the given time frame, your ordered products might be reselled to other customers.
5. Orders placed between Monday 9:00 a.m. and Thursday 5:00 p.m. will be delivered within 1-2 working days, and orders placed outside of this time interval within 2-3 working days.
6. MPL courier service: We always charge 6.000 HUF administration fee for orders sent with MPL courier service. Their delivery time is 10-14 working days!

   MPL courier service (1.990 HUF + 6.000 HUF Administration fee) = 7.990 HUF
   MPL box, Posta Point or post office (990 HUF + 6.000 HUF administration fee) = 6.990 HUF

Personal collection point:

Our parcel collection point has MOVED! (About 5 minutes walk from the previous collection point, right next to the Lehel Hall.)

Opening hours:

Monday - Friday: 07:00 - 18:00

Saturday: 07:00 – 14:00

Sunday: In November and December 2024, the parcel point is also open on Sundays from 07:00 to 13:00.

We do not keep stock at the personal pick-up point, it is not possible to buy on site! Orders placed on weekdays (except Friday) by 11:00 a.m. can be picked up from 4:00 p.m. on the same day, for which we will send you a separate notification in each case. We cannot provide information about products on site, please contact our customer service at one of the following contacts:
